摘要
心力衰竭是各种心脏病的严重阶段,其临床信息的搜集与监测对心脏病治疗具有重要意义。因此采取有效的心力衰竭信息管理模式,对提高心脏衰竭医疗质量、降低医疗费用等有着十分重要的作用。本文阐述了心力衰竭相关临床信息管理平台的实现在医院信息化建设中的必要性,提出了面向电子病历及健康档案集成的心力衰竭信息管理系统的设计思路及实现方案,并对其管理信息平台的工作流程及系统架构进行了设计,以供参考。
Heart failure is a serious stage of various heart diseases, its information collection and monitoring play an important role in heart diseases treatment. As a result, effective information management methods should be adopted. In this paper, the necessity of constructing clinical information management platform is illustrated, the design ideas and implementation scheme of the heart failure information management system, which integrated with electronic medical records and health records, are put forward.
