摘要 介绍了在一个远程医疗系统的开发过程中,病历管理子系统设计与实现方面的工作。首先,阐述了远程医疗、电子病历和,NET的一些基本概念,分析了远程医疗与电子病历的关系,并提出病历管理子系统的设计目标。然后,分析了纸质病历和电子病历的组成和结构,介绍了XML、HL7CDA和MML等结构化电子病历的相关标准,阐述了远程会诊所需要的病历资料、病历资料的组织方式及其在数据库中的实现,并提出通过数据库与XML相结合的方式实现会诊资料数据粒度的灵活选择。随后,介绍了课题实现阶段所作的工作,包括:系统分析与设计、数据库设计和系统实现。 This paper introduces the work on the design and implementation of a medical record management subsystem, which is a part of a telemedicine system based on Microsoft .NET. First, an analysis is given on components and structure of medical record, together with an explanation for what is needed in a teleconsultation, how they should be organized and realized in a database, and how to deal with consultation data granularity using XML in combination with database; second, the work done during the realization stage is expatiated, including system analysis and design, database design, and system implementation.
