摘要
应用盐酸二氢埃托菲片治疗６８例中、重度癌症疼痛患者，总有效率８６．８％（５９／６８）。治疗前疼痛级数为８．２±１．４，治疗后４．３±１．１，经统计学处理二者差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５）；主要副作用为恶心、头晕，占２５％（１７／６８）。
68 cases with moderate or severe cancer pain treated with dihydroetrophine from January 1995 to May 1996 were observed. The total effective rate was 86.8%(59/68). The pain progression before and after treament was 8.2±1.4 and 4.3±1.1 respectively (P<0.05). The main side-effects were nausea and dizziness 25%(17/68).
