摘要
二氢埃托啡是我国批准生产的第一个由我国研制成功的麻醉性高效镇痛药。作为镇痛药,已安全有效地在临床上使用了12a。近年来,它又被成功地用于阿片类戒毒的替代脱瘾。作为戒毒药,它起效快,控制症状较彻底。在合理用药下,7-10d即能脱瘾,而不致造成对它自身的依赖。但要防止滥用。
Dihydroetorphine (DHE) was the first narcotic analgesic successfully developed and approved for production in China. In past twelve years, as an analgesic, it has been used effectively and safely in clinic. In recent years, it has successfully been used as a substitute agent in detoxification therapy of opioids, especially heroin abusers. As drug for detoxification of opioids, the main advantages of DHE are its quick onset of effect and thorough control of the abstinence symptoms. DHE can detoxify the heroin dependence in 7-10 d and does not cause the dependence on itself by reasonable therapeutic regimen. But the abuse of DHE should be prevented.
