摘要
以陇薯3号试管苗为试材,研究不同植物生长调节剂、不同诱导方式对马铃薯试管薯的诱导效果。结果表明:3种植物生长调节剂(多效唑、B_9、香豆素)中,多效唑对试管薯形成、结薯数和平均单薯重的影响均优于其他两种,以添加15~20 mg/L为最佳浓度;间接培养比直接培养诱导的试管薯发生期早、结薯数多、单薯重大。
Using the Longshu 3 tube plantlet as the material,the effects of different plant growth regulators and inducing ways on the induction of potato microtuber were studied. The results showed that among the three plant growth regulators (Paclobutrazol, B9 and Coumarin), the best effect was paclobutrazol, it' s effected on microtuber formation, tuber number and mean single tuber weight were better than the other two and the best concentration was 15~20 mg/L;On the occurrence of microtuber, tuber number and single tuber weight, indirect culturing method were better than direct culturing method.
