摘要
分析我国新闻业界目前著作权侵权行为的表现和成因,探讨新闻作品转载以及合理使用的法律界限,进而提出相应法律对策是必要的。
This paper analyzed the manifestation and reason of the infringement of Copyright of Press, and discussed on the legal limit of the transshipment and fair use, and give the countermeasure for dealing with them.
