β-巯基乙醇对猪卵母细胞体外受精及胚胎发育的影响 被引量:2

摘要 实验探讨了成熟液中添加β-巯基乙醇对猪卵母细胞体外受精和孤雌激活后早期发育的影响,以优化猪早期胚胎体外生产体系。结果发现:成熟液中添加低浓度β-巯基乙醇对猪卵母细胞体外受精和孤雌激活后胚胎的早期发育无明显促进作用,添加浓度过高(≥250μmol/L)反而不利于猪胚胎的早期发育。
