葛花及其水提液中微量元素Zn、Fe、Cu、Cd的含量测定 被引量:4

Determination of Contents of Trace Elements of Zn,Fe,Cu and Cd in Flos Puerariae and Its Extraction Solution by Water

摘要 目的测定葛花及其水提液中微量元素Zn、Fe、Cu、Cd的含量.方法以HNO3-H2O2湿法消化,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定.结果葛花中Zn、Fe、Cu含量分别为103.5±2.07、311.8±4.99、22.3±0.40μg/g;水提液中含量分别为32.49±0.81、21.99±0.57、5.68±0.24μg/g.葛花水提液中Zn、Fe、Cu的溶出率分别为30.92%、7.06%、和25.47%.Cd未检出.结论葛花中含有丰富的Zn、Fe、Cu,水提液中含量较低,表明Zn、Fe、Cu多以不溶于水的结合态存在.该方法简便,结果准确可靠,可用于实际样品的测定. Objective To determine the content of four trace elements of Zn, Fe, Cu and Cd in Flos Puerariae and its extrction solution by water. Methods The samples were digested with mixed acid of HNO3 and H2O2. FAAS method was established for the determination of Zn, Fe, Cu and Cd in Flos Puerariae. Results The contents of Zn, Fe and Cu were 103. 5±2.07 311.8±4.99 22.3±0.40 ug/g in Flos Puerariae and 32.49±0.81 21.99±0.57 5.68±0. 24ug/g in its extrction solution by water, respectively. Extration rate of trace elements Zn, Fe and Cu was 30.92% , 7.06% and 25.47% in its extrction solution by water, respectively. Cd was not detected in the samples. Conclusion There are plenty of Zn, Fe and Cu in Flos Puerariae, but less in its extrction solution by water, which indicates that most Zn, Fe and Cu are compound which can not dissolve in water. This method is simple and reliable and can be used in the determination of practical samples.
