摘要
目的:制备广藿香、苍术、木香总挥发油环糊精包合物并进行表征。方法:胶体磨法制备总挥发油环糊精包合物,测定包合率和收率,并且采用TLC、XRD、DSC、TGA等多种手段对包合物进行了表征。结果:胶体磨法所得的包合物包合率82.4%,收率80.7%。并且TLC、XRD、DSC、TGA等方法证明了包合物的生成。结论:总挥发油制成环糊精包合物后稳定性得到了很大提高。
Objective: To prepare and characterize Herba pogostemonis, Rhizoma atractylodis and Radix aucklandiae compound essential oil-β-cyclodextrin complex. Methods: The essential oil-β-cyclodextrin complex was prepared by colloidal mill method. TLC, XRD, DSC and TGA analysis were applied to characterize it. Results: The complex inclusion rate of essential oil-β-CD complex was 82. 4% , and the complex recovery was 80. 7%. The formation of essential oil-β-CD complex was proved by the results of TLC, XRD, DSC, TGA analysis. Conclusion : The stability of compound essential oil is improved by the preparation of oil β-cyclodextrin complex.
