摘要 目的:评价胶态二氧化硅SYLOID244FP固化肉桂挥发油的特性。方法:采用SYLOID244FP固化肉桂挥发油,以桂皮醛收率为指标,优选SYLOID244FP用量;采用差示扫描量热法和扫描电镜法对固化粉末进行物相表征;考察SY-LOID244FP对肉桂挥发油中桂皮醛体外溶出和受热稳定性的影响。结果:SYLOID244FP与肉桂挥发油最佳固化比例1∶1,肉桂挥发油被固化之后,体外溶出速率加快,受热稳定性提高。结论:SYLOID244FP吸附固化中药挥发油值得进一步研究。 Objective: To evaluate the properties of solidifying volatile oil of cinnamon with colloidal silicon dioxide SYLOID244FP. Method: Volatile oil of cinnamon was solidified by SYLOID244FP. The amount of SYLOID244FP was optimized with the cinnamaldehyde yield as criteria. Curing powder was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The effects of SYLOID244FP on dissolution in vitro and thermal stability of cinnamaldehyde were studied. Result: The optimum solidification ratio of SYLOID244FP to volatile oil of cinnamon was 1: 1. Dissolution rate of cinnamaldehyde increasesd and its thermal stability improved after volatile oil of cinnamon was solidified. Conclusion: Solidifying herbal volatile oil with SY- LOID244FP deserves studying further.
