摘要
利用上海等五城市的农民工调查数据,采用logistic模型分析了影响农民工培训需求的主要因素。研究发现:农民工培训需求明显不足,农民工培训需求受年龄、婚姻、受教育程度、收入水平、行业和所有制、进城就业年限、劳动合同和培训价格等多种因素的影响。在农民工培训实践中,政府应该采取有效措施提升农民工的培训需求。
According to the survey data of five cities including Shanghai, with the aid of logistic model, the main factors affecting migrant workers＇ training demand are analyzed. The result indicates that migrant workers have no strong desire for training, and migrant workers＇ demand of training are influenced by many factors such as age, marriage, educational background, income, industry, ownership system, length of service, labor contract and pricing of training. The government should take measures to promote training demand of migrant workers in practice.
