摘要
以湖南省新化县农村劳动力转移情况为例,针对新化县农村劳动力的现状、结构,转移劳动力的特点进行分析,为有效促进贫困地区农村剩余劳动力的转移,提出了系统组织、有序转移;跟踪服务、放心转移;加强培训、永久转移;回乡创业、就近转移的对策与建议。
Taking the condition of the rural labor force shift in Xinhua County of Hunan Province as an example, the paper analyzes the present situation, structure and characteristics of shifting the labor force, and puts forward some relevant suggestions necessary to organiz systematically to shift by order, trail service to rest assured to shift, strenghthen training to shift permanently, and return to homeland to start business at a nearly place.
