摘要
在文献研究和实地调研的基础上,将影响因变量"农民工参加职业技能培训"的因素分为三大类共9个变量,通过交叉分析和统计检验,筛选出性别、受教育程度、婚姻状况、职业和家庭收入水平5个变量进入Logistic模型。模型分析结果显示,受教育程度与农民工是否参加职业技能培训呈显著的正相关,表明农村的学校教育状况对农民的后续职业发展具有较强的累积效应。性别差异表明,女性虽有较强的培训意愿,但受制于其他因素,仍比男性更难做出参加培训的决策。婚姻状况对因变量影响显著,表明农民工参加职业技能培训的决策更多地基于家庭的考虑。家庭人均收入水平和职业类型对因变量亦有显著影响。
Based on the literature review and field research, the article selects 9 variables in 3 categories as determinants of Involvement in Work -related Training for Migrant Workers (IWTMW). 5 variables including gender, education degree, marriage status, occupation and household income are chosen into Logistic model by crosstab analysis and test of significance. According to the results of Logistic model analysis, the article draws the following conclusions. Education degree shows significant positive correlation with IWTMW, which means that school education in rural areas would have additive effects for their residents' follow - up occupational development. Differences between male and female show that even the female have more inclination to anticipate work - related training, owing to several reasons, the female's rates of anticipation are still lower that the male's. Marriage status but not age shows significant effects to IWTMW, which indicates that migrant workers make the decision mostly depending on the whole family. Household income and occupation also influent IWTMW significantly but not very strongly.
