摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法,在玻璃珠表面涂覆均匀透明的WO_3/TiO_2薄膜并制成光催化反应器,对水溶液中溴酚蓝(BPB)的光催化降解进行了研究。采用XRD对催化剂进行了表征,讨论了催化剂的组成、煅烧温度、溴酚蓝的起始浓度、pH值、光照时间等因素对光催化反应活性的影响。实验结果表明:当ω(WO_3)=3%,煅烧温度为500℃,[BPB]=20mg/L,pH=8.1,光照时间为10h,溴酚蓝的脱色率可达95.1%。
The photocatalytic degradation of bromphenol blue(BPB) in aqueous solution was studied with a photocatalytic glass reactor which was made of the glass beads covered by evenly transparent WO3/TiO2 thin film in sol-gel process. WO3/TiO2 was characterized by XRD spectra. The primary factors which influence the photocatalytic activity of WO3/TiO2 thin film were discussed. The results show that the photodegradation rate of BPB can be reached to 95.1% by using WO3 / TiO2 thin film as photocatalyst, with ω (WO3) = 3%, calcined temperature = 500℃, starting concentration of BPB = 20mg/L, pH = 8.1, illumination time = 10h.
