摘要
阴极电沉积方法能快速地在镁合金(AZ31)上得到TiO2薄膜。通过DSC-TG和XRD分析,TiO2薄膜在高于350℃转变为锐钛矿晶型。以紫外线为光源,对亚甲基蓝溶液进行了光催化降解实验。通过对660nm处不同时间的吸光度数据和SEM分析得知,电沉积30min的薄膜材料经高于350℃处理后具有较强的降解能力,降解270min后,降解率达90%以上,降解过程符合一级动力学关系,其中,350℃处理后的试样的降解速率常数k为-0.0119。
The method of cathodic electrodeposition can obtain TiO2 films on magnesium alloy. Using DSC-TG and XRD, we find titania films transform into anatase about 350℃. Taking the ultraviolet ray as the photosource, we had carried on the photocatalysis experiments to the methylene blue. Absortance datas and SEM pictures indicate that, the samples which were deposited about 30min and were annealed over 350℃ have excellent degradation ability. After 270min, the rate of degradation reaches above 90%, and the degradation process conforms to the first order kinetic equation. Especially, the kinetic constant k of sample that was annealed in 350℃ is -0.0119.
