摘要
数字化环境中图书馆开展数字化参考咨询时,应当以个性化信息服务为主要方式。文章论述了个性化服务概念,个性化服务所需技术及存在的问题等方面,并重点探讨了图书馆网上参考咨询服务。
The application of IT makes it possible to develop digital reference service in library and the customized service becomes the main method that the library takes. The paper discussed the concept of customized service, the related technology, the difficulties as well as the reference services via intemet.
