摘要
为研究FUT I基因对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响,对莱芜黑猪、杜洛克和大约克猪群共752头仔猪样本在FUT I基因M307位点多态性进行检测,并对不同基因型与生长性状的关系进行分析,结果表明:莱芜黑猪、杜洛克和大约克群体在FUT I基因M307位点均存在丰富多态性,且在该突变位点均显著偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(p<0.01)。莱芜黑猪群体内G基因占优势,而杜洛克和大约克群体内均为A基因稍占优势。3种基因型对杜洛克和大约克仔猪的70日龄保育重(和断奶仔猪腹泻和水肿病密切相关)影响达到显著(p<0.05)或极显著(p<0.01)水平,但对莱芜黑猪的70日龄的保育重无显著影响。结果提示:FUT I基因作为ETEC F18病原菌的抗性候选基因对杜洛克和大约克等西方猪种有效,但是对莱芜黑猪无效,有必要对莱芜黑猪所具备的遗传抗性做更深入的研究,寻找、定位其相应的QTL和抗性基因。
In order to research FUT I gene's effect to the growth performance of piglets, the polymorphisms at M307 of FUT I gene in Laiwu Black pigs, Duroc and Yorkshire were investigated and their associations with growth performance were analyzed. The result showed that there were polymorphisms at M307 of FUT I gene in Laiwu Black pigs, Duroc and Yorkshire, and the populations were all not in a state of Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium(p 〈 0.01 ). G allelic freqhency was the most in Laiwu Black pigs, while in Duroc and Yorkshire, the A allelic frequency were the most. The three genotypes had significant effect to Duroc (p 〈 0.05) and Yorkshire (p 〈 0.01)and no significant effect to Laiwu Black pigs on weight at day 70th, which is closely related with the diarrhea and edema of weaned piglets. It was inferred that because of the difference of breeds, FUT I can be an effective candidate gene for ETEC FI 8 to Duroc and Yorkshire, but not an effective candidate gene to Laiwu Black pigs. Further study should be done to identify and characterize putative QTL and functional gene responsible for the resistance to ETEC FI 8 in Laiwu Black pigs.
