E-cadherin在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及临床生物学意义 被引量:1

EXPRESSION OF E-CADHERIN IN NON-SMALL CELL LUNG CANCER AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE

摘要 [目的]研究E-cadherin在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及临床生物学意义。[方法]采用免疫组化SP法分别检测60例肺癌组织切片及20例癌旁正常肺组织中E-cadherin的表达。[结果]60例NSCLC组织中E-cadherin表达的阳性率为35.0%,20例正常肺组织中E-cadherin表达的阳性率为85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。有淋巴结转移的NSCLC中E-cadherin的阳性表达率为21.6%,无淋巴结转移者为56.5%,两者差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。另外,E-cadherin的阳性表达还与肿瘤的分化程度及TNM分期有关(P均﹤0.05)。E-cadherin在NSCLC组织中的表达与其年龄、性别、病理类型无关。[结论]E-cadherin可能与NSCLC的发生、肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期、临床分型及淋巴结转移有关。 [ Objective] To study the expression of E-cadherin in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and its significance. [Methods] Used immunohistochemistry of SP. 60 cases NSCLC and 20 cases normal lung were examined. [Results] The expressive positive rate of E-cadherin was 35.0% in NSCLC and 85.0% in normal lung tissues, a significant difference was observed between the two groups (P 〈 0.05). In the group with and without lymph node metastasis, the rate was 21.6% and 56.5% respectively, the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05). The expression of E-eadherin in NSCLC was related to its differentiation and TNM stage (P 〈 0.05) and not related to age, sex and pathological type. [Conclusion] E-cadherin is likely related to the carcinogenesis, differentiation grades, TNM stage and metastasis.
