赤点石斑鱼皮肤的体外培养 被引量:1

摘要 以赤点石斑鱼为材料,无菌操作剥离皮肤,并剪成大小为0.5—1.0cm的外植块,于25℃进行体外培养。观察结果显示,赤点石斑鱼皮肤外植块在含20%胎牛血清(FBS)的DMEM培养液中存在生长活性,3d后长出上皮样细胞,6。7d形成岛屿状细胞集落,12—14d长满呈“铺路石”状。研究结果表明,皮肤外植块在体外维持生长状态达30d以上,培养30d的悬浮细胞存活率为51.4%,提示皮肤上皮细胞状态良好。
