赤点石斑鱼皮肤的体外培养 被引量：1

摘要 以赤点石斑鱼为材料，无菌操作剥离皮肤，并剪成大小为0．5—1．0cm的外植块，于25℃进行体外培养。观察结果显示，赤点石斑鱼皮肤外植块在含20％胎牛血清（FBS）的DMEM培养液中存在生长活性，3d后长出上皮样细胞，6。7d形成岛屿状细胞集落，12—14d长满呈“铺路石”状。研究结果表明，皮肤外植块在体外维持生长状态达30d以上，培养30d的悬浮细胞存活率为51．4％，提示皮肤上皮细胞状态良好。
