摘要
采用组织块培养法 ,对鲤鱼尾鳍组织进行培养 ,在 2 8℃温度下 ,用添加 2 0 %胎牛血清的M1 99培养基进行培养 ,在此过程中 ,对培养的细胞进行观察及研究 ,描述了细胞形态及其它相关细胞生物学特征。
The present study was for providing ental materials for virology,molecular biology and cell biology.Culture of cells from different tissues and growth of cells in medium with different serum concentration were investigated.A cell line derived from caudal fin of carp , was developed successfully using explant technigues,.The cell line grew well in medium M199 supplied with 20%FBC at 28℃.
