摘要
目的为招聘具有良好心理素质的人才,对他们进行心理测评。方法采用卡氏16PF。结果与全国成人常模比较11种人格因素有显著性差异,心理健康者占925%,应有较好成就者占57.2%,创造力强者仅占64%,有成功希望者仅占11.7%。结论心理素质测评在招聘人才中的使用,可为招聘单位提供一定的参考依据。
Objective To recruit persons of ability with, good psychological quality. Method using Cattell 16PF. Results Compared with the normal figure of nation adult, 11 out of the 16 kinds of personality feature differ greatly. 92.5 percent of the people have health personality and psychology. 37.2 percent of them should have good accomplishment. Only 6.4 percent of them are very creative and 11.7 percent have the willingness for success. Conclusion The using of psychological quality assessment during inviting applications for a job can be considered a reference for the inviting unit.
