摘要
目的探讨疗养院非现役文职人员的心理健康状况与特点。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和一般情况调查表对疗养院56名非现役文职人员进行测评,数据采用SPSS15.0软件包进行统计分析。结果非现役文职人员SCL-90总分及各因子分均显著低于国内常模和军人常模;除躯体化因子外,本科生非现役文职人员SCL-90总分及其余8个因子得分均显著低于专科生;非现役护士SCL-90得分高于其他专业组,尤其在总分和人际关系敏感及敌对两个因子得分上存在显著性差异。结论疗养院非现役文职人员的心理健康状况较好,学历和专业等因素对心理健康的影响较大。
Objective To investigate statuses and characteristics of mental health of non-commissioned civilians in sanatorium.Methods Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90）and General survey were used to evaluate 56 non-commissioned civilians in sanatorium.Statistical analysis of data was carried out by means of SPSS 15.0 software package.Results The total score of SCL-90 and scores of various factors of non-commissioned civilians were significantly lower than those of national norm and military norm.Except for somatization factor,the total score of SCL-90 and scores of the other eight factors of undergraduate non-commissioned civilians were significantly lower than those of the professional non-commissioned civilians.SCL-90 score of non-commissioned civilians was higher than that of other occupation groups.Especially,there were significant differences for the total score and scores of interpersonal sensitivity and hostility factors.Conclusion The mental health status of non-commissioned civilians in sanatorium was better,and some factors such as educational background and occupation etc.had larger influences on mental health.
