应用蛋白质芯片检测骨性关节炎患者基质金属蛋白酶-13的初步研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨应用蛋白质芯片技术检测骨性关节炎(OA)患者关节液和血清中基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)的方法。方法:应用低密度蛋白质芯片方法同时检测32例OA患者关节液和血清中MMP-13表达水平,24例正常关节作为对照组,进行蛋白质芯片荧光强度的对比研究。结果:OA患者关节液和血清中的MMP-13在蛋白质芯片上的荧光强度明显高于对照组关节液的荧光强度(P<0.001)。OA患者关节液中MMP-13在蛋白质芯片上的荧光强度明显高于其血清的荧光强度(P<0.001)。结论:OA患者关节液和血清中MMP-13表达明显高于对照组。应用低密度的蛋白质芯片技术检测OA患者关节液及血清中MMP-13的水平具有一定临床应用价值。 Objective: To investigate the expression of Matrix metalloproteinase-13 (MMP-13) in the synovia and serum of arthritis by protein array. Methods : Expression of MMP-13 in the synovia and serum of 27 osteoarthritis(OA) patients and 17 health adults were measured by the low-density protein array, and the fluorescence intensity was compared immediately. Results: The MMP-13 ' s fluorescence intensity of the OA patients' synovia on the protein array were significantly higher than health group(P 〈 0.001 ) ; The MMP-13' s fluorescence intensity of the OA patients' serum on the protein array were significantly higher than health (P 〈0.001 ) ;The MMP-13' s fluorescence intensity of synovia on the protein array were significantly higher than the serum (P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion: The expression of MMP-13 in the synovia and serum of arthritis were significantly higher than the normal, the low-density protein array can be used to detect the level of the synovia and serum.
