摘要
给出了通过光电倍增管测定暗室中样品溶液发光细菌的发光强度,经A/D转换器将模拟信号转换为数字信号,传送给以AT89C52单片机为核心的控制电路中,并采用液晶显示模块实时显示发光细菌相对发光度和急性毒性级别的测定装置的设计方案。该方案将发光细菌法与光电检测技术结合起来,实现了对急性毒性快速、灵敏、简便的测定。
An acute toxicity determination device was designed. It made full use of photomuhiplier tube to determine the bacterial luminosity of sample solution in the darkroom. By A/D converter,the analog signal was converted into digital signal to transmit the control circuit based on processor AT89C2051. The relative luminosity of luminescent bacterial and acute toxicity levels can be displayed instantly on liquid crystal display with serial data transfer. The determination device adopts the proposed method that combines luminescent bacterial toxicity detecting technology and photoelectric detecting technology. It can realize rapid sensitive and simple determination of acute toxicity.
