摘要
利用T_3发光菌实测荆马河底泥生物毒性,结果表明,T_3菌发光度能较好地反映出底泥中各种污染物的综合毒性。其结果与理化方法分析结果相吻合,由此可见,T_3发光菌可用来测定底泥的总体生物毒性。用T_3发光菌测定底泥生物毒性,具有速度快、操作方便、费用省等优点,适宜于污染较重的底泥的日常监测。
The monitoring result of Jingma River mud biotoxicity with T3 photo-bacterium phosphoreum,demonstrated that luminosity of the T3 photobact-erium could mirror the syndrome biotoxicity of different pollutants in mud.The result was identical with that by chemical method. T3 photobacterium phosphoreum could be used to monitor total biotoxicity of mud. This method was fast, convenient and cost-efficient.It is especially suitable for daily monitoring of seriously polluted mud.
