摘要
研究中草药丸被电磁波辐射前后菌落数的变化以及产生该变化的机理。分别用高温干燥法与适当频率和强度的电磁波对中草药丸进行灭菌,并采用稀释倒平皿法分别确定出电磁波辐射和高温干燥法灭菌不同时刻中草药丸所含菌落数。并从电磁波辐射后微生物细胞内水分子的转动能谱变化、膜离子通透率和外电场引起的膜电压变化阐述了电磁灭菌的机理。微波灭菌和高温干燥法相比具有时间短、效率高、安全、节能的特点。微波灭菌不但方法简便可靠,而且不改变药物原有的性质。
The aim of this paper is to study on the change of the numbers of microbe to traditional Chinese medicinal pill irradiated by electromagnetic wave and the mechanism of it. The methods of electromagnetic wave irradiation with proper power and frequency and high temperature drying were used to sterilize the traditional Chinese medicinal pills. Then the number of germs to Chinese medicinal pills after treated by electromagnetic wave radiation and high temperature drying at different time was determined through the plating methods. The mechanism of sterilization by electromagnetic wave was discussed from the velum's voltage variety caused by the outward electric filed, the change of rotational power spectrum to watermolecule within a cell of microbe eradiated by electromagnetic wave and the pass rate of the membranaceous ion. The method was effective and safety, taking less time and saving energy compared to high temperature drying. The properties of the medicines were not changed after the treatment.
