摘要
目的探讨通过持续质量改进,提高医院感染管理质量的方法。方法 2007年我院对医院感染管理实施持续质量改进,对环境卫生学监测的项目:空气、物体表面、医护人员的手进行采样培养,并与2006年结果进行比较。结果 2007年空气、物体表面、医护人员的手合格率均较2006年提高。结论持续质量改进注重人员培训及继续教育工作,采取更规范化的预防医院感染措施,可提高医院感染管理质量。
Objective To explore the methods of continuous quality improvement in order to improve the quality of hospital infection control. Method The continuous quality improvement measures were carried out in hospital infection control in Year 2007 and the following environment sanitation monitoring index were collected,including air, surface of substance, hands of medical staff. The results were compared with that of Year 2006. Result The qualified rate of en- vironment sanitation monitoring index in Year 2007 were all significantly higher than that of Year 2006. Conclusion Carrying out continuous quality improvement,paying attention to continuing education and training of medical staff and taking more standardized infection-control measures can improve the quality of hospital infection management.
