摘要
现阶段我国护理质量综合评价是以各项护理指标的达标为目标方向,质量管理方式多以检查或考核为主要形式。是一种以质量控制或质量保证模式为特点的、质量管理人员为主的质量评价体系。其指标中,较大局限性是不能体现以病人为中心,没有病人对护理质量的评价指标。现代国际护理质量综合评价方向则是以质量促进为特点,以临床护士为护理质量促进的主体,管理上更加注重预防质量问题的发生。人人参与持续性质量促进的新护理质量评价,是以如何不发生质量问题为质量促进的方向,虽也有质量指标,但不以达标为满足,而以不断提高质量为方向。另外,在评价指标中病人满意度为主要质量指标之一。
At present, the comprehensive evaluation on nursing quality in China is to approach the indicators of nursing, and examine and check are the main forms of quality management. The form of quality management is a quality evaluating system, which featured as quality control or quality guarantee model, mainly depends on the personnel of quality management. Limitation of these indicators is that they can' t embody the ideal of patient - centered and lacks the indicators of evaluating the nursing quality by the patients. The development of the international comprehensive evaluation on nursing quality has a new orientation, which is featured by quality promotion, and clinical nurses are the subjects of quality promotion in management, and more attention is paid to preventing quality problems from occurring. The new nursing quality evaluating system, every one takes part in sustainable quality promotion, follows the orientation of quality promotion, which focuses on how to avoid happening of quality problems. Although in the system there also exist quality indicators, to approach the indicators is not the aim of quality evaluation, but to continuously improve the quality. In addition, among the evaluating indicators, satisfaction of patient is one of the major quality indicators.
