摘要
目的:了解临床医生、护士对无菌物品包化学指示物知晓情况。方法:采用问卷调查法。结果:使用无菌器械时进行目测的占40.0%,不目测的占60.0%,知晓其颜色变化的占33.3%,知晓其颜色变化意义的占43.3%。打开无菌医疗器械包装时进行包内指示卡目测的占30.0%,不目测的占70.0%,知晓其指示卡颜色的变化意义的只占10.0%和6.7%。结论:临床医生、护士对再生医疗器械化学指示卡知晓率较低,院内的有关部门必须进行普及性认知培训。
Objective： To investigate the awareness about chemical indication of clinical sterile packages among doctors and nurses. Methods： Questionnaires A and B were used to investigate the current status. Results： There were 40.0% clinicians using visual assessment betbre using sterile equipment.. About 33.3% clinicians found the color would change and 43.3% knew the color change meaning. There were 30,0% clinicians using visual assessment before opening sterile package. Only 10.0% clinicians found the color would change and 6.7% knew the color change meaning. Conclusion There is a low awareness about chemical indication of recycle sterile machine among clinicians. The related department have a urgent need to take a general cognitive training about it.
