摘要
现代人力资源管理理论是在西方传统人事管理理论的基础上演进而来的,但传统人事管理长于"事"的运作和严密科学的技术管理,重视对在工业生产系统和服务作业中最能动的因素———"人"的个人价值的实现,忽视甚至淡漠了人的社会价值、群体价值和精神价值的追求。正是其吸收、借鉴、融合了中国传统优秀的用人思想和人本思想的精华,才促使其迈进了现代人力资源管理的殿堂。
The modern theory of human resource administration sterns from the traditional personnel management theories, which boast functional operation and strict scientific technical management that stresses more on individuals' personal value than their pursuit of values in respect of society, social groups and emotions. It is by absorbing and borrowing of the essence of Chinese traditional ideology on recruitment that the traditional personnel management theories evolved into the modern theory of human resource administration.
