摘要
综合考虑测厚仪反馈AGC系统轧制时存在厚度反馈时滞以及外干扰,提出将自抗扰控制技术运用于测厚仪反馈型AGC系统,设计一自抗扰控制器用来减弱厚度反馈时滞和外干扰给系统带来的不利影响。仿真结果证明该控制器能有效地抑制干扰、减小时滞对板带出口厚度的影响,其控制性能优于常规的PID控制器,为带钢厚度精度的提高提供了一种新的解决办法。
For the characteristics of thickness gauge feedback-type automatic gauge control (AGC) system, such as the long time-delay resulted from gauge feedback and external disturbance, a method of active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) applied in thickness gauge feedback-type AGC was proposed, a automatic gauge controller was designed to reduce the bad influence resulted from the time-delay and external disturbance. Simulation result shows that this method can effectively control disturbance of the system and reduce the bad influence resulted from the time-delay, the control performance of the controller is better than that of conventional PID- type controller.
