摘要
目的:研究生活事件对代谢综合征患者血糖、血脂代谢的关系。通过分析生活事件与代谢综合征患者血糖、血脂代谢之间的关系,为该病的预防及临床治疗提供科学的依据和策略。方法:采用生活事件量表(LES),随机抽取代谢综合征患者500例为观察组进行问卷调查,以乌鲁木齐市某些单位的非该病患者500例为对照组。并对观察组中250例患者进行血糖、血脂浓度的实验室检测。对患者的生活事件刺激量与血糖、血脂浓度之间的关系进行相关性分析。结果:观察组的生活事件刺激量高于对照组(P<0.05);生活事件刺激量与血浆总胆固醇、血浆甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白呈正相关。结论:代谢综合征患者在生活事件方面受到的精神心理压力较大,生活事件对精神心理上的刺激与代谢综合征患者血脂代谢的异常有一定的关联。
Objection：To study the relation of life events and blood glucose,and blood fat on patients with metabolism symptom.Methods：A survey of 500 samples with LES questionnaire was done by random.Five hundred people came from some unit in Urumqi was the control group.Choose 250 samples in case group,examine blood glucose and blood fat.Analyze the relation of life events and blood glucose,blood fat.Result：There are statistical significance of life events between case group and control group,and the score of case group is higher than control group in LES grading.Moreover,the relationship between score of LES and blood plasma total cholesterol,glycerine lipoids,HDL is positive correlation.Conclusion：Metabolism symptom complex patient endure larger psychology tention because of great life 1events,the affection of life events to psychology is related to lipometabolic.
