摘要
利用ADAMS软件对压铸机的液压-机械双曲肘合模机构进行三维动态仿真。建立某压铸机合模机构的动力学模型,采用参数化分析方法,对影响该机构的力放大倍数的因素进行探讨。运用ADAMS求解出液压缸的推力,并在此基础上计算出主要液压元件的参数。
The 3-D dynamic simulation method of clamping device of machine and hydraulic lock mould system based ADAMS software was presented. A dynamic model of double crank mechanism for found machine was set up. The factors effecting amplificatory multiple were studied by using parameter analysis method. The push force of hydraulic cylinder was solved using ADAMS, and the parameters of main hydraulic components were obtained.
