摘要
模板是注塑机合模机构的重要零件。通过对移动模板应力进行有限元分析,并用电测法对模板应力进行测试,验证了有限元计算模型的正确性及边界条件的合理性。计算和测试结果对注塑机模板的优化设计具有重要的工程参考价值。
The platens are the important parts of clamping system in injection molding machine. Through the finite element analysis and test by electro-test method for moving platen stress, the correctness of finite element calculation model and the rationality of boundary condition have been proved. The results of calculation and test have important engineering reference value for the optimization design to the platens of injection molding machine.
