摘要
借助于试验数据和理论计算得到的某600MW汽轮机单个调节汽门的相对流量比系数、前后压力比与调节汽门开度的数值,首先利用BP网络对其之间的关系进行回归,以便得到调节汽门的数学模型,但发现当试验数据较少时BP网络的外推能力较差。然后,通过分析并结合试验数据,采用最小二乘法回归得到了调节汽门开度与开启面积之间的关系式。最后,利用该关系式得到了调节汽门的特性曲线。该研究结果对于引进型汽轮机控制系统的改造具有借鉴意义。
By means of the relative flow rate ratio coefficient, ratio of pressure and opening degree of a control valve in a 600MW steam turbine, firstly , the relational expression is fitted by Back Propagation (BP)neural networks so as to obtain the mathematical model of control valve. But it is found that the extrapolation ability of BP neural networks is mediocre when the quantity of test data is little. Then through analyzing and combining the test data, the least squares method is used to build the relational expression between the opening and area of control valve. Finally, the characteristic curves of control valve are obtained using the relational expression. The research is reference meaning for the reformation of the control system of the import steam turbine.
