摘要
汽轮机配汽方式对机组的安全性、经济性与可控性都有较大影响。对汽轮机配汽中的常见问题进行了分析与归类,从顺序阀投运试验、流量特性试验、配汽函数整定、滑压曲线优化、节流配汽优化以及混合配汽方式改造等方面阐述了解决配汽问题的方法与途径,实践证明这些措施可靠有效。
Steam distribution mode of steam turbine greatly affects the safety, economical efficiency and con- trollability of the units. The paper analyzes and categorizes common problems in steam distribution of steam turbine, and it expounds methods and ways to handle the steam distribution problems in terms of commission- ing test of sequence valve, test of flow characteristic, steam distribution function setting, sliding pressure curve optimization, optimization of throttle steam distribution and mixed steam distribution mode. It is practically proved that these measures are reliable and effective.
