摘要
利用X射线衍射、差热分析和环境扫描电镜的方法,研究了常温条件下A、D级油井水泥的水化产物及其硬化浆体的显微结构特征。在水化早期,水泥组分含量及性质等因素使D级油井水泥浆中的钙、硫酸根离子比A级水泥浆多,呈现出相对缓凝的现象。A级水泥水化产物中的氢氧化钙、Ⅱ型水化硅酸钙凝胶的显微特点更为显著,而D级油井水泥的水化产物中,钙矾石在电镜下有明显的棱柱条状形貌。通过对比确立两类水泥的水化特征,为油田选择合适的油井水泥固井提供了科学依据。
Hydration products and microstructure of harden paste of class A and D oil well cements are studied, using XRD, TG and ESEM under the condition of room temperature. The amount of calcium ion and sulfate ion in class D cement slurry is more than class A cement slurry, due to factors such as component content and property of cement at an early hydration age, the phenomenon of comparative retardation displays in the former. Microstructure characteristic of calcium hydroxide and calcium-silicate hydrate ( II ) in hydration products of class A oil well cement is more typical, and micrograph prism in hydration products of class D oil well cement is more clear under SEM. Hydration character of two types of cements is compared, scientific evidence is provided for choosing oil well cements in oil field.
