Study of Cement Slurry in Puguang Gasfield

摘要 普光气田具有井深、井底温度高、压力高,地层压力系统复杂等特点,钻井过程中井壁垮塌、井漏、井喷现象严重。为满足气藏开发的需要,要求各层套管固井水泥浆必须返至地面,形成了固井超长封固段,固井难度较大。因此开展了水泥浆防窜、防漏、抗高温稳定性研究,探索出了适合该地区各层套管固井的水泥浆配方,即:低密度水泥浆(G级油井水泥+漂珠+填充剂+早强剂+降滤失剂+分散剂),中温高密度水泥浆(G级油井水泥+降失水剂+膨胀剂+分散剂+缓凝剂+沉降稳定剂)和高温高密度水泥浆(G级油井水泥+降失水剂+膨胀剂+分散剂+缓凝剂+沉降稳定剂+石英砂)。经不同完井方式的固井应用,固井施工一次成功,固井质量合格。 Puguang Gasfield is characterized by large well depth,high bottom temperature,high pressure and complicated pressure system so that borehole wall collapse,lost circulation and blowout may be encountered frequently.In order to meet the requirements of exploitation of the gas reservoirs,the top of cement slurry of every casing must be reach surface in annulus that gives specific characters to cementing operation as super large segment and severe difficulty of cementing.Therefore a series of research works on prevention of cement slurry loss and channeling,stability at high temperature of cement slurry properties were conducted and a number of formulations of cement slurry suitable to casings at different depths were determined among them there are: low density cement slurry,medium temperature high density cement slurry,and high temperature high density cement slurry.Applications of all these cement slurries of varied formulations obtained good results—all cases passed the quality verification standard.
