摘要
分析传统数控机床故障诊断弊端,结合现代数控机床的特点,将嵌入式系统引入到传统的电机故障领域,并将其作为数控机床一个组成部分,以改进诊断系统的实用性、结构紧凑性和智能性.
After analyzing the problems in the traditional fault diagnosis system of numerical control machine, combining the characteristics of the modem NC machine,the embedded-system,as a part of the NC machine, is introduced into the field of fault diagnosis for the traditional electrical machine. The practicability and the structure compaction and the intelligence of diagnosis system are improved.
