地铁列车车载故障诊断系统设计与开发 被引量:5

摘要 以广州地铁A型列车为研究对象,设计开发了整列车的故障诊断系统。新系统由中央故障诊断单元和远程智能IO站组成,采用欧式插槽机箱结构,软件上选用C/os-II操作系统进行任务调度,并设定了优先级和挂起时间,硬件上选用ARM7处理器、固态继电器、低电流光隔等器件设计开发各个板卡。参照全车通信网络模型,将诊断系统分成列车级、车辆级和车辆控制级三大通信网络,采用主从通信和固定的基本轮询周期来保障实时性。新系统通过了参照欧标EN 50121-3-2 2000和铁标TB/T 3034 2002进行的型式试验和电磁兼容性试验,并实际装车载客试运营。测试表明该系统在实现故障诊断功能的基础上,解决了原系统发热量大、测试节点少等不足,实现了数据分析、存储和人机交互功能,升级方便,运行稳定可靠。 The train fault diagnosis system is designed and developed on the Guangzhou Metro.The new system includes a central fault diagnosis unit and a remote intelligent IO station.It uses European slot box structure,selects the μC/os-Ⅱ to schedule task and set the priority and hang time,and chooses the ARM7 processor,solid state relay,low current optical isolation etc to design each board.Based on the whole vehicle communication network model,the system is divided into three parts,including the train level communication network,the vehicle level communication network and the vehicle control level communication network.The master-slave communication and the fixed basic polling cycle ensure the real-time character.The system passed the type test and electromagnetic compatibility test which are reference to the European standard EN 50121-3-2 2000 and the Railway standard TB/T 3034 2002,and mounted on the vehicle with passenger test operation.The results show that the system realizes the fault diagnosis function,data analysis,storage and interactive function,solves the lacks of heat capacity,fewer test nodes and so on,easy to upgrade,stable and reliable operation.
