摘要
对小型拖拉机转向轴早期出现的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,零件的内在质量、热处理工艺和热处理后的金相组织变化及硬度梯度不符合要求是其断裂的主要原因。并为其他类似轴类零件的设计与工艺提出一些建议。
The failure cause of steering shaft of the minitype tractor was analyzed. The results show that the internal quality of the sparing part,the choice of heat treatment process, microstructure after heat treatment and hardness gradient which not satisfy the requirement are the main reason. Some suggestions were also put forward.
