摘要
介绍了SiC质量分数为5%、15%、25%时,自蔓延燃烧合成SiC-Si3N4复合材料硬度、断裂韧性性能测试及分析对比,实验结果显示,SiC质量分数为15%时,复合材料性能较好。同时比较了上述复合材料与同样质量分数的机械混合粉制备的SiC-Si3N4材料性能,结果显示混合粉制备的复合材料性能优于直接合成复合材料的性能。通过对陶瓷材料的显微结构分析,讨论材料的强化机制。
In this paper, the hardness and fracture toughness of SiC-Si3N4 composite materials with different SiC content were investigated. The results show that the properties of SiC-Si3N4 composite with 15wt% SiC content were significantly superior compared with others. It is also indicated that the properties of the composite materials made from mixture powder were slightly better than those made from SHS powder. Also, the relation between microstructure and the toughening mechanism was discussed according to the SEM-analysis of SiC-Si3N4 composite.
