摘要
对带式输送机胶带跑偏原因和纠偏技术进行研究和分析,设计了一种新型带式输送机胶带自动纠偏装置。通过对自动纠偏装置纠偏过程的理论分析,阐明了其工作原理,运用参数化三维设计软件PRO/E进行基本机构的建模并进行了运动学仿真与分析,验证了设计方案的可行性。
A new automatic correcting mechanical device for the belt conveyor is designed which is based on the analysis of the reason for the belt deviation.The working principle of this device is introduced by means of the analysis of the mechanics during the process of deviation correcting.Building the model of this device,operating the simulation and analysis of kinematics based on PRO/E,it verifies the feasibility of the design.
