摘要
对Mg-Li合金的均匀化工艺及制度进行了研究。实验表明,铸锭包覆铝箔的方法可以使均化过程顺利进行;确定了Mg-Li二元合金的均化制度为300℃×24h,添加合金元素的Mg-7Li-14Zn三元以上的合金均化制度确定为300℃×36h。
The technique and condition of homogenizing treatment of Mg-Li alloy was studied. The results indi-cate that cladding ingot with aluminum foil can ensure the homogenizing processing. The optimum condition of the treat-ment of binmp Mg-Li alloys is 300℃×24 h and that of Mg-7Li-14Zn ternary alloy or multineq alloys based on Mg -7Li-14Zn are 300℃×36 h.
