摘要
研究了二元MgLi合金凝固组织与性能,结果表明,二元MgLi合金随Li量增加,凝固组织由α→α+β→β转变。Li量小于57wt%时为α单相合金,有较好的抗拉强度,极低的伸长率;Li量在(57~103)wt%时为α+β两相合金,具有优良的综合性能;Li量大于103wt%时为β单相合金,有较低的抗拉强度,极高的伸长率。
Abstract A study has been made on the solidified structure to properties and MgLi Binary alloy.The results showed that the solidified structure can be changed from to (+) and with increasing the content of Li.If the Li content is less than 5\^7 per cent by weight,the solidified structure is and it has better ten sile strength and low elongation.If the Li range is from 5\^7 per cent to 10\^3 per cent,the structure is (+) with excellent combined property and if the Li content is over 10\^3 per cent,the structure is ,which has lower tensile strength and higher elongation.
