乌司他丁停跳液对心肌保护的临床观察

摘要 目的观察乌司他丁停跳液对心肌的保护作用。方法将手术病人分为对照组(采用StThornasⅡ号停跳液)和实验组(采用含乌司他丁的StThomasⅡ号停跳液),对手术中心脏停跳液用量、心脏停搏情况、心脏复跳情况、术后心律失常的发生率、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同功酶MB(CK-MB)的观察。结果实验组停跳液能达到与对照组停跳液同样好的停跳效果,心脏自动复跳率、实验组术后心律失常的发生率及术中、术后24 h、48 h和72 h的血CK、CK-MB均明显低于对照组。结论停跳液中添加乌司他丁有利于心脏手术缺血阻断期间的心肌保护。
