摘要
采用ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ法，以Ｎｏｖａ－ＰａｋＣ１８为固定相，甲醇－水－冰醋酸（７０∶３０∶０．３）为流动相，在２５０ｎｍ波长处，同时测定氯芬待因片中双氯芬酸和磷酸可待因的含量。两组分的平均回收率分别为９９．８７％±０．５７％和１００．８％±０．６５％。
This paper reports the quantitative determination of diclofenac and codeine phosphate in the diclofedeine tablet by RP HPLC at wavelength of 250 nm. The stationary phase was Nova Pak C 18 column. The mobile phase was composed of methanol water glacial acetic acid(70∶30∶0.3). The average recoveries of the two ingredients were 99.87%±0.57% and 100.8%±0.65% respectively.
