摘要
采用RP-HPLC法,以Nova-PakC18为固定相,甲醇-水-冰醋酸(70∶30∶0.3)为流动相,在250nm波长处,同时测定氯芬待因片中双氯芬酸和磷酸可待因的含量。两组分的平均回收率分别为99.87%±0.57%和100.8%±0.65%。
This paper reports the quantitative determination of diclofenac and codeine phosphate in the diclofedeine tablet by RP HPLC at wavelength of 250 nm. The stationary phase was Nova Pak C 18 column. The mobile phase was composed of methanol water glacial acetic acid(70∶30∶0.3). The average recoveries of the two ingredients were 99.87%±0.57% and 100.8%±0.65% respectively.
