摘要
目的:建立舒尔芬片的含量测定方法。方法:采用系数倍率分光光度法,消除共存组分的干扰。结果:被测两组分的吸收度差值与浓度有良好的线性关系,3个模拟样品的平均回收率和RSD分别为 磷酸可待因97.17%,0.57%;双氯芬酸钠100.89%,0.89%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于舒尔芬片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of two components in Shuerfen table t. METHODS The K-ratio method was applied in this paper. RESULTS The average recoveries and relative standard devia tions of two components in three model simples were 97.17%,0.57% for codeine phosphate and 100.89%,0.89% for diclofenac sodium separately. CONCLUSIONS The method was simple and accurate,and could be used for the quality contr ol of shuerfen tablet.
