聚烯烃用新型含硅阻燃剂的合成及性能 被引量:14

Synthesis and Flame-Retardancy of Novel Silicon-Containing Flame Retardant Applied in Polyolefin

摘要 采用多单体缩聚法合成了一种新型含硅阻燃剂(SFR-H),并用FT-IR、NMR和SEM分别对其分子结构及形貌进行了表征。TGA测试结果显示,该含硅阻燃剂具有较高的热稳定性;LOI和Conecalorimeter测量结果表明,SFR-H对LLDPE具有较高的阻燃性能,添加6%(质量分数,下同)可使LOI值达到28;添加2%可使LLDPE的点燃时间(TTI)延长,热释放速率峰值(p-HRR)下降50%。 a novel silicon-containing flame retardant (SFR-H) was prepared by condensation polymerization. The molecular structure and properties of SFR-H were characterized by FT-IR, NMR and SEM, respectively. The results of TGA show that SFR-H has good thermal stability. The results of LOI and cone calorimeter tests show that SFR-H has high flame-retardant effect on LLDPE. The LOI value of LLDPE with 6% SFR-H reaches 28. LLDPE with 2% SFR-H has longer time to ignition (TTI) and half of the maximum heat release rate (p-HRR) compared to the control LLDPE.
