摘要
通过选用具有阻燃性能的纳米SiO2对Mg(OH)2/PE无卤阻燃复合材料进行改性,研究了纳米SiO2对复合材料阻燃性能以及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:无机填料用量相同时,Mg(OH)2/SiO2/PE体系的阻燃效果优于Mg(OH)2/PE体系,纳米SiO2的引入可有效提高Mg(OH)2/PE体系的阻燃性能,并改善了体系的力学性能。当Mg(OH)2/SiO2含量为40%时,Mg(OH)2/SiO2/PE体系氧指数比纯PE提高了74%,且具有较好的力学性能。
The Mg(OH)2/PE halogen-free flame-retardant composites were modified by nano-SiO2 in this paper.The effects of different nano-SiO2 contents on the mechanical properties and flame retardance of composites were studied.The results showed that the Mg(OH)2/SiO2/PE composites had better flame retardance than the Mg(OH)2/PE composites as the inorganic filler content was the same.Nano-SiO2 can effectively improve the flame retardance and mechanical properties of Mg(OH)2/PE halogen-free flame-retardant composite.When the Mg(OH)2 /SiO2 content was 40%,the oxygen index of the Mg(OH)2/SiO2/PE composites showed a increase of 74% compared with the pure PE,while the mechanical properties of composite was still good.
